RIGOROUS SCREENING
Upon hiring, our instructors are required to undergo a week-long, complex training process. Once they complete the training, they are given a comprehensive examination upon which we only continue with the candidate only if they score perfect.
LESSON TRAINING
Prior to any real live instruction, the candidate performs a series of sample lessons upon where he/she receives critical feedback to ensure all lessons adhere to the standards of JM Learning.
CONTINUOUS REFINEMENT
